The Keynote E-Commerce Transaction Performance Index shows the total execution time and success rate for logging into an account, searching for an item, adding it to the shopping cart, and proceeding to check out on selected Internet retail sites. It seems that the best sites such as Walmart and Office Depot can complete the sales cycle in just over 7 seconds. How does that compare with your website?
